ABOUT BENJAMIN
I built ARISE because fitness had started taking more than it gave.

Hey, I am Benjamin. Originally from Germany, based in Sweden and often travelling the world.
I am in my 30s and work full time as Head of Product at a startup. My time is not always my own, but I still train five days a week. One kettlebell, my bodyweight and forty minutes. That is the setup.
I tried bodybuilding and became bigger, but also slower and stiffer. I chased marathons and lost my weekends. Both pulled me further away from what I actually wanted: to be lean, athletic and strong without training running my life.
This is for the person who runs everything except their own fitness. I am not coaching from a mountain. I am one step ahead, working through the same constraints and using the same system I teach.
ARISE gives you a clear way to train from wherever you are, with minimal equipment and no guesswork. It will not be easy. But it will definitely be simple.
“The kettlebell is the tool. Athleticism is the outcome.”
Accomplishments
- Group fitness coach at five-star hotels and resorts across the world.
- Four and a half years in the military as a Mountain Trooper and later a Forward Observer.
- Trainer and Coach at SEOL Center, coaching personal development, fitness, longevity, health and nutrition.
- Personal Trainer and 1:1 Coach.
- I have lived the whole process myself: from gymnastics to bodybuilding, where I became stiff and slow, then hybrid training and marathons, where I felt constantly drained. Now I am strong, lean and athletic using the same system I teach today.
